The Church, believing in the Bible as the divinely inspired Word of God, and as the sole authority for her faith and practice, and acknowledging its adherence to the teachings of Jesus Christ, declares her purpose: (a) To maintain regular services of Christian public worship and Bible Study, to teach the whole Bible, to preach the teachings of Christ, to train the members in the doctrine of the Bible and in the work of Christ in the world, evangelize the unsaved and promote missions both at home and abroad. (b) To build and maintain church buildings and educational buildings to carry on religious and educational activities.
